Proximity to Everything You Need
As folks are becoming increasingly priced out of the Denver and Boulder markets, Fort Collins has become a popular residence. Fort Collins is a vibrant town full of local eateries, pubs, boutiques, and is home to Colorado State University. Poudre Valley also shares the Irish Elementary, Lincoln Middle, and Poudre High school districts with the affluent neighborhoods of Fort Collins.
Poudre Valley is located approximately 56 miles north of Denver, 58 miles north of Boulder and 10 miles west of the Rocky Mountains. We’re situated at the traffic light intersection of U.S. route 287 (also known as College Avenue), and Colorado State Highway 1. Route 287 is a north/south road that runs through Denver and downtown Fort Collins.
In addition to excellent restaurants, museums and shops, the downtown area of Fort Collins contains over 20 restored historical buildings that are in recognized, national and local historic districts.
